Japan New Car Sales September 2013 (top 45 best seller list)

In September, Japan new car sales  are trending up.

The main reason is that Japan VAT is set to rise from 3% at the beginning of the fiscal year, 1st April 2014.

Sales of cars are going up only for this reason, so it ispossible to expect bad volumes after April 2014.
